The Montana Nurses Association (MNA), a non-profit organization representing professional nurses, is seeking an Executive Director (ED). Strong financial, business, public relations and management experience required. The Executive Director of MNA is the Chief Executive Officer and a full-time professional who provides leadership and coordination that assures an effective, smooth-running organization. The ED is accountable to the Board of Directors and is responsible for following the mission of the Montana Nurses Association, managing programs and staff and representing MNA to the public and other organizations. The ED is primarily responsible for successful program implementation and operating MNA within a board-approved budget.
