The Vermont State Nurses Assoociation (VSNA) is seeking an energetic and visionary leader to serve as part-time Executive Director. The ideal applicant will be an RN, licensed in Vermont, with strong administrative/leadership experience and fiscal management skills to provide operational leadership for all association programs. The ED reports directly to the Board of Directors and will work with volunteer members to implement the association's strategic plan. The ED is also responsible for managing the flow of information between national, state and local levels of the association and for keeping leadership and members informed on current and emerging issues of the profession and pertinent association business. Familiarity with non-profit organizations and experience with program planning and continuing education desired. This is an exciting opportunity to represent our association and the nursing profession in Vermont! Application deadline: May 5th, 2007
