What Do the Content Expert Panel Volunteers Do?
Each Specialty Content Expert Panel (CEP) provides ongoing review and development of the test content outline (TCO) for examinations in their respective specialty areas. The CEP constructs the exam in accordance with the TCO and establishes the passing score.
How Much Time is Involved?
Serving as a Content Expert Panel Member generally involves (2) annual three business day meetings in Washington D.C. (all expenses included). There are generally 3 conference calls a year. Some at home review work may be required.
One of the Many Benefits to You
Each year of active service on the panel confers a 12.5% reduction in your total number of contact hours (Professional Development), up to a maximum of 50%, required for your next certification renewal!
