Required Components of the Nursing Administration, Advanced, Application Packet
This is a paper-and-pencil exam
The following are required components of the Nursing Administration, Advanced, Application Packet; it will not be considered complete if any are omitted:
- 1. A completed, signed, and dated ANCC Certification application.
- 2. Submit transcripts or a copy of your nursing diploma showing bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.
- For degrees conferred outside of the United States or its territories, please submit a course-by-course evaluation by a foreign credential evaluation service; click here for more information.
- 3. Completed Contact Hours Documentation Form showing a minimum of 30 contact hours applicable to nursing administration, if the master's degree is not in Nursing Administration.
- 4. Check or money order payable to ANCC, or complete the credit card information section on the application form. Calculate your fees here.
- 5. Completed, signed and dated ANCC Certification Application Checklist.
