Health and safety in today’s workplace is an increasing problem for employers and employees. Four states introduced legislation which would attempt to clarify the types of  injuries and responsibility of the employer due to repetitive motions in the workplace.  Legislation is pending in IL the bill died in committee and RI legislation extends the deadline for a special House Commission to study ergonomics and the feasibility of implementing ergonomics regulations ..
