Hello,
I really enjoyed the articles related to the classifications of nurses' work. I am a student in a
BSN program and needed to research articles on this topic for a presentation. The articles
were informative and the responses by readers to the authors gave different perspectives on the
topics.
So thank you, and keep up the good work,

I would like to post a link to your journal on my course Web CT page. I find your latest
discussion of Nurse Safety to be quite compelling and relevant to leadership in nursing today.
My hope is to use the 6 articles listed as a discussion thread in my nursing leadership
curriculum. Keep up the fine work in producing timely and high quality articles.

Thanks so much for using the listserv to let us know about the OJIN Information Resources Column, "Images on the Web: Findable, Usable, But What's Legit?" I am currently taking a computer class on Windows XP at Eastern Michigan University in the Health and Human Services School. Even though many of us have been using the computer for research for some time, this well-written article offers valuable information that will help us in this and future classes.
Keep up the good work!

I am
enrolled in my last semester at the University of West Florida in the
RN to BSN Program and am finding this web site to be very user friendly.
It has helpful information on where to get so much information that I
need. It is well put together. Your current information and journal articles
make the vast array of electronic information easy to access. Thank you
for being out there.

I first
visited the Online Journal of Issues in Nursing last week and was soon
impressed by such a good online journal. I am so excited about my discovery
that I can’t help writing to express my thanks to all of you editors and
authors.
I'm one of the 1.3 million nurses in China. I'm sure your journal will
be a fine place for us to communicate with, as well as to learn from,
other nurses around the world.
Besides, I'm now pursuing my MSN. So your journal will be an invaluable
inspiration and asset to my research paper. I can't wait to tell my colleagues
and friends! Thank you again.

After
reading the May 2001 issue on Complementary Therapies, I must again commend
you and your associates for this excellent on-line publication. It surely
is a benchmark for others to emulate.

To the
editor and staff of the OJIN website:
Thank-you for allowing me to access full-text, current research for writing
my student assignments. I am currently earning my BSN through a distance
learning program and have had difficulty finding cost-free, on-line research
to use as references in my papers. As a student, a full-time mom and a
staff nurse, the break from time-consuming trips to the public or hospital
library is much appreciated as is the break from expensive on-line library
fees!!!! Hooray for you!
Sincerely,

Thank you and the authors in the May OJIN issue for sharing perceptions
and literary validations for nursing systems/health care priorities in
five different countries. I was delighted to see the range of articles
in the issue. Many of the comments made by the authors were congruent
with my observations of nursing in Indonesia, a country I visited four
years ago.

Bravo! I’m actually printing this article, "Organizational and Administrative

| Students Read OJIN and Speak Out
Students in Pat Divoky’s nursing class at Cleveland State University, Cleveland,
OH, read June Clark’s article International Classification for Nursing
Practice Project". Below they share their thoughts about this article and
about OJIN:

The need for an international classification of diagnoses and interventions is growing as technology advances and the world becomes smaller due to our faster means of communication.
C. Wimbs, RN, C |

This article is
enlightening. I have been unaware of all the studies related to the UNLS.
OJIN provides valuable information for its readers.

The International Classification for Nursing Practice (ICNP) will provide
a needed unifying framework for existing systems and can be used in countries
that do not have a classification system. ICNP helps to describe and compare
nursing practice across nations, identifying commonalities and differences
in nursing practice.

OJIN has some very
interesting articles. I like having access to these articles via the computer
so I can do my research from home. OJIN is very convenient and a real timesaver.
I have used OJIN before for past research.

I like OJIN because
it provides current information and inspiration to those of us in nursing
practice.
