Effecting Positive Change in Patient Safety/Advocacy Questionnaire

The American Nurses Association (ANA) wants to communicate nursing’s progress in the Patient Safety/Advocacy imperative – ANA’s initiative to support nurses as a strategic partner in the broader Institute for Healthcare Improvement Saving 100,000 Lives Campaign. ANA invites nurses to complete and submit the following questionnaire. Your responses will be used to inform other nurses and hospitals of strategies to make patient safety a nationwide success. ANA strongly supports your endeavors to keep patients safe -- help ANA show that nurses are keeping patients safe and advocating for them.
