 ANA Publishes New Monograph on NDNQI
NDNQI® Position Annoucement
Welcome to the Web site of the American Nurses Association’s National Center for Nursing Quality (NCNQ®). This site contains information on a number of topics which address the safety and quality of nursing care patients receive and the quality of nurses' work lives. NCNQ® is the overarching entity which includes a number of projects focused on patient safety, nursing care quality, nurse safety and quality of work life, and the factors which impact on these areas.
Since the work being done in these areas is ongoing, this Web site will change to reflect new advances. ANA has been a leader since the beginning of the "health care quality movement" in the early 1990's and continues to be so. The information found in the website will attempt to keep up with all of the projects regarding quality of health care in which ANA is involved.
